For designing I use the Serif Affinity Suite (Photo, Designer, Publisher), RepperPro and BenVista's PhotoArtist and PhotoZoom. I've become a self-taught designer, artist, writer, crafter and amateur photographer. I learned creative techniques in Girl Scouts, jr high art classes and sr high home ec. I grew up tracing over-and-over the fashion drawings in my Barbie coloring book, coloring them in various color schemes, baking and decorating cakes and cookies from scratch, and learning to sew using patterns. I've discovered 4 generations of creativity in my family history. My kindergarten teacher told us to sit down in front of her but I tried to get back to those easels. When I first saw fat pots of paint and birch wood easels, I almost fainted with excitement.
